A TRENDY new fashion and clothing store is opening up at Plymouth's Royal William Yard.

The 'contemporary concept store' ID Fashion is holding its opening party tonight.

The shop, which also has a branch in Totnes, is moving into the Guardhouse building, right at the entrance to the yard.

Bulgarian Fashion Designer Anna Avramova, a professor in Fashion at the National Academy of Art in Sofia was among the guests due at tonight's Champagne and jazz reception.

ID Fashion owner Denitsa Avramova-Bastable said: "We are really excited to be launching ID Fashion at Royal William Yard.

Men’s fashion week kicked off Monday with an entry in the outlandish inspiration department: A collection from Boyswear inspired by both Charles Manson's murderous cult and “The Sound of Music.”

“The idea for the collection started after I read about that woman who wanted to marry Charles Manson and then put his body in a museum after he died,” said the label’s founder, Jackson McKeehan, “and it just went from there.”

Boyswear, whose Spring/Summer 2016 collection was titled “The Manson Family Singers,” melds elements of ‘60s-era hippie chic – billowy pajama-like shirts and drawstring trousers (some of which bordered on the androgynous) paired with chunky Doc Martens sandals – with elements of traditional Tyrolean costume including lederhosen-like pieces, wooden buttons and embroidered floral details.

The most overt reference to Manson comes in a cacophonous pattern that, from afar, looked like an aloha print but upon closer examination turned out to be a busy Los Angeles hillside complete with the Hollywood sign in the background, goats feasting on discarded tires in the foreground and a Jesus-like Charles Manson wandering the canyonscape. “Manson kind of morphs into a nun and the [Hollywood] Hills turn into the Alps,” McKeehan told us by way of explanation.

Vogue Italia's upcoming issue celebrates the timeless, ageless beauty of women. Photographer Steven Meisel shot the cover photos, which feature a collage of fashionable women — including Stockard Channing, Jan de Villeneuve and Frankie Rayder.

“Who wouldn’t say she’s influential? Of course she was,” says Hilton of the icon who turned 70 on July 1. “I used to want to look like her when I was little. She’s gorgeous, she’s hot and she’s always had the blonde thing. Sometimes it was more root and it was dark underneath for a second, but whereas Madonna’s look has changed drastically over the years, Debbie’s been consistent. You could say any musical performer who’s blonde has been influenced by her.”

As for keeping that strong look perfect in the summertime, Hilton recommends purple shampoo—her favorite is Rene Furterer Silver Reflex Shampoo, which cancels out the yellow that occurs from pollution and minerals in water. Additionally, the colorist advises protecting platinum strands before getting in a chlorinated pool by first wetting them with clean water and then adding a hair oil or even olive oil to seal them off.

Finally, Hilton says keeping blonde locks as pristine as Harry’s requires regular salon visits along with treatments and at-home masks. Her go-to: a salon treatment called Olaplex that “everyone is going crazy over.” If there’s anything to learn from the 70-year-old icon it’s that treating your hair right is important. Says Hilton, “You wear your hair every day so you should make it look the healthiest you can while being the color that represents who you are as a person.” In Harry’s case, “throughout all these years, she’s always looked cool.”

Givenchy's pioneering creative director has done more than just transform Kim Kardashian into a Certified Fashion Star — he's opened the doors for a diverse range of fashion models, including older women (Julia Roberts) and transgender models (Lea T), and established a new normal in the fashion industry by being the first to cast such unconventional campaign stars.

Now the 40-year-old Italian designer is pushing boundaries once again with another unlikely collaborator: Donatella Versace. Tisci recruited the 60-year-old vice president of the Versace Group to star in his autumn 2015 campaign, an unusual move considering the two brands — Givenchy and Versace — are, for all intents and purposes, competitors.

But this doesn't seem to be a problem for Versace, who posted the first look at the campaign on the Versace brand's official Instagram account with the caption, "I believe in breaking rules. Riccardo Tisci is extremely talented and above all my dear friend. We are family. I want to get rid of the old system, work together, support each other and make fashion a true global community."

Tisci too, posted an Instagram of the campaign — which was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot and styled by Carine Roitfeld — in which he refers to Versace as "a personal muse of mine, my one and only #DONATELLAVERSACE."

It's only been two years since country music star Jessie James Decker wed New York Jets stud Eric Decker, but it seems they've already forgotten their wedding anniversary.

The 27-year-old recently opened up to E! News at the launch of the new DQ Bakes! menu in honor of Dairy Queen's 75th anniversary about almost missing the special day completely as well as the loving couple's plans to celebrate.

"We're not as sentimental as people would think. We both forgot it was our anniversary today," Decker shared. "My mom was the one who was like, 'It's y'alls anniversary!' and I was like, 'Oh, happy anniversary babe,' and he was like 'Oh, me too. I'll plan a dinner.' We suck at that stuff."

While promoting Hotel Transylvania 2 in Cancun, Mexico last Sunday, Selena Gomez arrived at the photocall looking stunning in a two-piece red silk ensemble by Katie Ermilio. The 22-year-old busted out her best red-carpet tricks, including killer hair and makeup and a pair of strappy gold Christian Louboutins. It was, after all, a photocall.

The only problem? Her co-stars, Kevin James and Adam Sandler, didn't seem to get the memo, showing up at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun in shorts and sweatpants accessorized with a baseball cap and tennis shoes.

As Yahoo Style pointed out, the photo of the men and women at the photocall illustrates the sexist double standard that has been the hot topic in Hollywood lately. Had Gomez (or Fran Drescher, for that matter, who rocked a strapless LBD and cage heels at the event) arrived in sweats and no makeup, with her luscious locks tucked up under a baseball cap, she would have surely made headlines — for better or for worse.

And while yes, funny men James and Sandler have a reputation for eschewing dress codes as part of their "relatable" personas, the very fact that they have the option to show up to a photocall looking like they've just rolled out of bed — with zero repercussions — further proves the point of the double standard.
